Carrie brings to the business a passion for delivering the best quality security teams integrated with the KST group’s technology and innovation.

Carrie has worked in the Security Industry for over 20 years in a variety of different roles and has a real client focus, leading her operations team and driving best practice across a number of strategic accounts.

Lee joined the team as an Operations Manager in 2021 and quickly progressed to the role of Operations Director. Lee has worked within the Security Industry for 22 years in a variety of different roles and has a real passion for delivering best-in-class services with a real focus on process, colleague support and contract development leading to colleague/account retention.

Lee is a very proactive and approachable strategic leader and has cultivated high performing teams throughout his career.

Steve has a distinguished background, marked by 24 years of dedicated service in the Royal Tank Regiment of the British Forces. Transitioning to the Security sector in 2017, Steve’s career trajectory has been both dynamic and impressive. His initial years in security saw him navigating through Corporate, Warehouse and Logistics sectors, gaining a wealth of experience and expertise.

In April 2023, Steve took on the role of Head of Mobile Services at Kings Guarding Solutions. In this capacity, he oversees the delivery of keyholding and alarm response services for the GRiD Mobile Response division. His leadership and commitment to excellence continue to drive the success and reliability of GRiD’s operations.

Joanne has over 12 years of experience working in the security systems division at Kings Secure Technologies. She began her career in National Accounts, progressing to Team Leader, and later transitioned to the role of Account Executive in the Corporate Solutions team. Recently, Joanne has moved to the GRiD Mobile Response division to support Steve Hodson as Mobile Manager.

Stephanie has worked in the security industry since 2010. Beginning her career as a security guard on the doors, she progressed to management where she now has 6 years of experience.

Stephanie joined the team in 2022 as a Control & Response supervisor and has now joined the GRiD Mobile Response Team as Response Manager – North.
